中央大学教授の森信さんをお迎えして、c.japanの交流会を開催しました

IRPSには、EMPAC(The Center on Emerging and Pacific Economies)というセンターがあり、定期的に世界からゲストをお呼びしています。今回のゲストは、中央大学教授の森信さん。

Prof. Schaedeの計らいで、森信さんの交流会をc.japanとしてホストすることになりました。c.japanもはじめは少人数で始めた「日本のイノベーションとアントレプレナーシップ」をテーマにした交流会だったのですが、回を重ねるごとに人数も増えて、UCSDにおいても一部の方に認知していただくようになってきました。

今回の森信さんとの交流会は、主催はc.japanですが、その会費について、EMPACとしてスポンサーして下さいました。こんな感じで、大学の組織とつながっていくのも大切なことですね。

森信さんのプロフィール

[Mr. Morinobu's Profile]

After earning a law degree from Kyoto University in 1973, joined the Ministry of Finance. Served as advisor to the Minister of Finance of Japan in London. Has been professor at Osaka University, and taught at Princeton University. Has also been president of the Policy Research Institute, MOF (2005–6), visiting professor at the University of Tokyo, and visiting scholar at Columbia Law School. Retired from MOF in 2006.
