夜間主総合 牧ゼミ・サンディエゴのスタディツアー (1) - ケースなどの事前課題編 -
9月2日(日)から9月9日(日)までの8日間、WBS夜間主総合の牧ゼミは、スタディ・ツアーをサンディエゴでやります。サンディエゴのエコシステムを学ぶプロセスを通じて、「科学技術とアントレプレナーシップ」の知見を深めてもらって、それぞれの修士論文の水準向上に繋げてもらえればと思っています。
まず、海外のスタディ・ツアーでとても大事なのは、相手に会いたいと思ってもらえるようなレジュメをきちんと用意すること。ということで、みなさんにレジュメをまとめてもらって、それを事前にインタビュー・訪問相手に配布します。
そして、次にせっかく、こちらでスタディ・ツアーをやるんだから、実際に体験できるようなケースも扱いたいなと思って、以下の二つを事前課題とすることにしました。

- 最近、授業で扱うケースは、紙媒体だけではなく、如何にマルチメディアを活用するか、ということにこだわっています。その意味でも面白いケースです。
- サンディエゴ動物園が、こういった試みをしている、ということ自体がとても興味深いです。
- このケースの著者は、僕の博士時代のアドバイザでもあるProf. Vish Krishnan。その意味でもとても思い入れのあるケースなのです。

- サービス・デザインを学ぶのにとても役立ち、Operationsでも良く使われるケースです。
- 今回は、このケースを扱った直後に、そのままみんなでBenihanaに食事にいく、ということをやってみたいと思います (結構嫌な客になりそうな予感)。
